If someone comes to my salon and wants to make a reservation, how do I add them to that calendar?
Our service works in a way that any employee can manually fill in an appointment if they receive a call or a personal reservation. All they need to do is go into the calendar and enter the client’s name, phone number, and service.
And how will your calendar know when which worker is working?
The salon owner or the person who receives the permit will enter the working hours of the employees in the dashboard on a weekly basis and online appointments will be enabled only during those times.
How can I block a client?
To block a client, you can simply block them via the number in your client database. This block will prevent the client from making any further bookings.
I don't want to pay extra for SMS messages...
There is no obligation to pay for additional SMS messages to use our service. Upon booking, the client will receive an email with all information about the appointment, including a cancellation link.
How will I know when someone makes a reservation for me?
You will receive every reservation via email. We also recommend that you check your calendar regularly to stay up to date with reservations.
What if a client wants to book at 3am?
Our system allows you to set the hours when clients can book appointments. You can limit the availability of appointments according to your working hours.
What if I have multiple employees, how will I know who has an appointment when?
When you sign up a worker for your salon, there will be a separate section in the calendar for each worker. This will allow you to easily track the schedule and appointments for each employee.
I have an employee who works in 2 salons, how do I handle that?
Our service allows you to register one worker in 2 different salons, where they will easily have the option to change their application and only see appointments in the salon where they are working at that moment.
Is there some system of roles and permissions that won't allow every worker to see everything?
Of course, we’ve added the perfect solution for that in your dashboard. Create a role, set permissions on it, and assign the role to a worker. Only the permissions you set on the role will be available to the worker.
