All payments for subscriptions are processed securely through our Merchant of Record, Lemon Squeezy, Inc.
Lemon Squeezy handles billing, payment processing, and applicable taxes on our behalf.

5.2. Subscription Terms

Our Service is offered on a monthly recurring basis with a free trial option.
Your subscription renews automatically unless canceled before the next billing cycle.

5.3. Pricing and Taxes

All prices are displayed exclusive of taxes, which are added at checkout where applicable.
We reserve the right to update pricing, features, or plans with reasonable prior notice.

5.4. Refunds

All payments are non-refundable unless required by applicable law.
Refunds, where applicable, are processed by Lemon Squeezy according to their refund policy.

6. License and Acceptable Use
6.1. License Grant

Subject to these Terms and your active subscription, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the Service.

6.2. Restrictions

You agree not to:

Share or resell your account credentials
Use multiple emails to register account.

Upon cancellation, your access will continue until the end of your current billing period.

12. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law:

Adspire d.o.o. shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use or inability to use the Service.

Our total liability under these Terms shall not exceed the total amount you paid for the Service in the 12 months preceding the claim.

Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations of liability; in such cases, these limitations apply only to the extent permitted by law.

We do not warrant that the Service will meet your specific requirements or be free of errors or interruptions.
